## Lead Time & Quotation
- Quotation: a full custom quote is normally provided within 2 business days of your enquiry.
- Production: typically 4-12 weeks after sample approval, depending on product type,
  formulation and packaging.
- End to end: roughly 3-6 months from first consultation to delivery, including planning,
  formulation, prototyping, production and export.

## Pricing Basis
Per-unit cost is quoted per project rather than from a fixed price list. It is determined by:
order volume, formulation type (stock OEM bulk formula vs fully original development),
packaging and artwork, certification and documentation (ingredient tables, EN/ZH translation,
labeling, export compliance), and logistics. Initial consultation and product planning are free.

## Markets & Export
We manufacture in Japan and export worldwide. We provide customs documentation, ingredient
tables, multilingual labeling and sea/air freight options. We have shipping experience to
India, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, Europe and the Middle East.

## What We Do Not Do
- Dropshipping, print-on-demand, or per-order fulfilment of single units
- Manufacturing in Korea, China or any country other than Japan
