What we can do

We manufacture in Japan and take the project end to end: product planning and formulation development, prototyping, production, inspection, export documentation and logistics.

• Product categories　Cosmetics and skincare, sheet masks, health supplements, quasi-drugs and medicated cosmetics, beauty devices.
• Formulation　Fully original development, or OEM based on an existing bulk formula.
• Ingredients, containers and packaging　From selecting the actives you want to feature through to package design suited to your sales channel.
• Reviving discontinued products　Where a Japanese product is no longer made but still has demand in your market, we can often work towards reproducing it. We have done this before.

Licenses and quality control

• Quasi-drugs and medicated cosmetics are manufactured under the Japanese pharmaceutical licenses required for them.
• Products undergo third-party safety testing before shipping.
• For Halal, we can manufacture to Halal requirements and support your certification process. However, we hold no pre-certified stock — certification is obtained under the scheme of your destination market.

Terms to check first

• Quotation　A full custom quote is normally issued within 2 business days of your enquiry.
• Production　Typically 4-12 weeks after sample approval, depending on product type, formulation and packaging.
• End to end　Roughly 3-6 months from first consultation to delivery.
• Consultation and product planning are free　Unit cost is set by volume, formulation, packaging, certification documents and logistics, so we quote per project rather than from a price list.

Export and sales channels

We manufacture in Japan and export worldwide. We have shipping experience to India, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, Europe and the Middle East, and we prepare customs documentation, ingredient tables and multilingual labeling, and arrange sea or air freight.

Through KireiCosme, the group's B2B wholesale business, we can also assist on the sales side with market analysis, pricing strategy and retail channel introductions. Where proof of authenticity matters, JDMSO holographic seals let consumers verify a product by QR code.

We handle business communication in English, Japanese and Chinese (Simplified).

What we do not do

• Manufacturing outside Japan (Korea, China or elsewhere)
• Dropshipping or per-order fulfilment of single units
